I'd like to give no star. My mother is elderly with kidney failure and a multitude of health problems. Most days she can not even get out of bed. To get her to any doctors appt. takes great effort and at least two hours to dress her, bath her, make up and hair done. Some days her incontinence is a problem and she leaks through her clothing which we then have to change all her clothing again. I can barely get her down the stairs in my house without her getting winded from being anemic. I have lost so many hours from work since I began taking car of my mom that I am walking on a thin line at work. The point? We had our first appt. with Dr. Ogrodowski and could not find the building until I called for directions. That on top of my mom being very ill we were exactly 15 minutes late. I was almost not able to walk my mom into the office because she felt so bad (82 years old). The witch at the counter said we were too late and the doctor said we needed to reschedule. WHAT????? How completely un-compassionate can a doctor get? I don't know how much time my mom has left and you are worried about 15 minutes. The woman at the counter looked like a shriveled up California raisin with a Marge Simpson voice and the personality of a jaded ghetto hooker. I was so upset for my mom to be treated that way. What he makes in a week is probably what takes me all year. In all the years I've gone to doctors I have Never ever been taken back on time to see them. And yet he is going to scew some sick elderly lady out of a much needed appt. because she is SICK? What is the world coming to these days? I will post, repost, and post again about this horrible treatment. I will get a hold of Medicare, AARP and Frenius to let them know that this is unacceptable.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
