They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I am torn if I would recommend this internist to others. They did the job, but with little to non customer service or quality care. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens.

There are no words great enough to describe him and his staff I had not been to his office for over 3 years; however, when I started getting fluid on lung, I called and got in the same day. In addition, I was out in Morristown and my ashma started really bothering me. I had forgotten my inhaler. I told the receptionist what was happening. She put me on hold for just a couple minutes. I was only about 3 miles from his office. She told me to come buy the office. I was expecting her to give me a prescription. When I walked in, she handed me an inhaler. These days it is rare to be a sample from a doctor. He is wonderful. He talks to you before the exam so he can understand. He then has you sit on the table and does a complete exam. He then helps you down from the table (he also helps you up. He has a stool) and has you sit before he discusses you condition and what you need to do. The longest I have had to wait is around 30 minutes. He is respectful of his clients, we have family and jobs to get back to. So HIGHLY recommend. He and his staff are a perfect 10 or I should say 5.
