I met with Nurse Practitioner Genna Barnett. She was great! Very attentive, thorough, patient, and sweet to my kids who came along. The staff was also very friendly, my wait time was minimal, and it wasn't too crowded.

The two stars is because I have called and asked a question and left my number and never heard back. I also had to call and ask them to call the pharmacy again because they forgot to call in my prescription. They also were supposed to mail me the results of my lab work and they forgot. They were also supposed to call with the results and they forgot. it's gotten to the point where I feel like I'm constantly nagging them. Something isn't happening that should be at this practice, which is a shame, because they are all really great and I felt like I was getting top-notch care.
