Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They could have gone out of their way a little more to be polite. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. Most of the time, even if I just want a question answered, they make me schedule an appointment instead of just telling me the answer over the phone. I don't know if it's their policy or what, but it's really annoying.
