My Husband has had an appointment two times for cataract surgery. Both times it has been cancelled. First he had a emergency. The next time there was no excuse, only he was going to be out of the office. We had made plans around this. But I guess our plans do not matter. We work with them on the emergency.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
