It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
