He made sure all questions I had were answered, and his staff are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much easier.. The office was very easy to locate for me because I am familiar with Presby Dallas. I will absolutely return. Mother calls Dr. Hino her favorite doctor ever!

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
