I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I have already recommended them to other members of my family and a few friends. Dr. Dorfman has been treating me for over 10 years, and I have always been satisfied with my treatment. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. However, he patiently listens to my opinion and then respectfully provides his professional judgment, allowing me to make a choice.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

I have been seeing Dr Dorfman for over 3 years. They never follow up with me even when something is off on my blood tests. I've complained to him about consistent symptoms I've had since my first visit and he has no desire to help me. His only answer is, "we willsee whatyour blood tests show." But then no one ever follows up. I've cried to him begging him to help me, but he just doesn't care. Once he even said, "you can try antidepressants or you canjust be tired." And he walked out of the room. One of the worst, uncaring doctors I've ever seen!
