When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.
