One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They probably need to update their office equipment sometime soon. Everything seems usable, but is all very old and outdated. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

I have been going to Terry for over 13 years and in the past year, sadly he has lost his compassion. "Get over it!" and "I won't help you!" were words that I thought I would never hear from Terry! My last two visits lacked total empathy! Secretly I am in search of a new doctor!
