I went there for my annual pap smears test at 11:50am. My appointment was set at 12noon. After 45 mins waiting, I asked the receptionist if Dr Lim could make it, she said yes the doctor had to make it even though the office will close from 1-2pm for lunch. Then she shut the counter door before I walked back to my seat. Definitely she was ready for lunch 15mins early. I felt so bad. They didn't say sorry or anything. They could've had a reasonable excuse, but it was not busy at that time, just 2 patients including me. I felt so tired because it's my lunch time too, and I hadn't eat anything. I used to pass out because of lack of sugar in my blood. Anyway, another staff finally called my name at 1pm to check my blood pressure. I was placed in a bed with my skirt up. I had to be ready for the doctor. I was wait and wait and wait in a cold room by myself in 15 mins, the doctor still didn't show up. When I got out of a room I saw the doctor was working in her desk. Do you think I would come back with a doctor who treated like that? The pap smears test takes just a few minutes, and my doctor still couldn't make it after 1 hour. It was 1:15pm when I got out of the bed to say bye to Dr. Lim. Yes, she was easy to make an appointment with me, and easy to let me go without asking for a reschedule. I am so disappointed... You don't want to go through it like me. Bad service, careless doctor... plus, not a nice and clean office.
