Horrible, terrible, rude, disgusting there are not enough words for this monster of a Dr. Take away her certification! Worst experience ever, she needs to be investigates. Kelsey Seybold is going back to their old ways of hiring sub par Dr's.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I left this appointment very upset and confused. Dr. Chisholm showed no interest in me at all - she treated me as though I was an inconvenience, answered none of my questions, and brushed off my illness and sent me out holding a piece of paper with written instructions that read "patient instructions: non" (this could have something to do with me being foolish enough to schedule an appointment at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon - silly me for thinking a physician would be professional enough to put aside her weekend plans for long enough to care about my illness). She did not shake my hand, make eye contact with me, or wash her hands. She did not ask me if I had any questions or listen or seem concerned at all when I asked her questions any way. This was singlehandedly the WORST physician encounter I have ever endured, both due to the complete failure in quality of care and also the lack of attention to patient concerns and wellbeing. I sincerely hope that I was a one off case and Dr. Chisholm does not treat all of her patients with the same lack of empathy or compassion. Kelsey seybold should be embarrassed that they allow such poor standards in their institution.
