I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. Their equipment was still in usable condition but barely and I would have appreciated if it was a little more current. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. The staff is very rude and they are great at over-charging your insurance company. I would suggest finding another doctor ASAP! And by all means, do not request your medical records because they will flat out refuse to give them to you. I would assume they have no idea that this is against the law.
