I was pleased with the doctor. He knows how to care for his patients. Cant say the same for the staff. They are rude and dont seem to care if you need something done regarding your health. I understand everyone is busy but you cant do your job whenever YOU feel like it, its to care for your patients. I have called several times regarding refills and a referral to a specialist and their excuse is that they will work on it whenever they have a chance because they have too many patients. I even spoke with the manager/supervisor, Janie and she is no help at all. She is an arrogant, useless excuse for a manager who didnt even try to help. I will not be going to that office anymore. Dr Salazar please hire new professional staff.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
