They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

I had an appointment with Dr. Barker at the S&W Sleep Center in Horseshoe Bay. However, instead of being seen by Dr. Barker, a physician assistant came in and reviewed my case and performed a physical. It was as if I was actually scheduled with her and I had even clarified before the appointment that I wanted to see Dr. Barker. I do not believe the doctor was even in the clinic. Beware of this practice!!! I chose to go to Dr. David Duhon at the Sleep Disorders Center of Central Texas in Austin and was very pleased.
