On my last visit at Dr. Kadir, he took my blood pressure with my jacket on. Then Dr Kadir had me will take a few steps an that was it. This after I had waited over 4 hours after my scheduled appointment . When I got a copy of my bill he charge my insurance for 45 minutes of his time, plus there were some extra charges on bill that he did not do. Dr. Kadir charged my insurance over $285.00. He might have spent maybe four minutes with me. Dr. Kadir was in a big hurry because his waiting room was totally packed out.
