I was 5 minutes early to my appointment. I had to fill out paperwork which I turned in 5 minutes after my appointment time. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked how much longer I would have to wait. The girl at the front desk said I turned in my paperwork late (by 5 minutes) so they pushed back my appointment time. I was frustrated at this point but decided to wait a little longer before I would have to leave to pick up my son. Another 10 minutes passed so I went to the front desk to let them know I wouldn't be able to keep the appointment because I had to pick up my son from school. They then wanted to charge me $100 dollars to cancel my appointment. I was completely appalled. To me their service was unreasonable and ridiculous. I will no longer be a patient of Lisa Jukes.
