I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. The office was easy enough to find. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying.He did not even care to discuss all my options and just left me wondering what should I do. I found it very uncomfortable and ignored. And yes I had to wait 1.5 hours for a 10 mins visit. The office never called me back or anything.

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
