I recently received surgical care from Dr. Hulme. I have a 27 year history in the medical field as a mid level practitioner in the surgical services, so I believe I have a objective opinion on his capacity as a gynecologic surgeon. Dr. Hulme is a caring and compassionate person, who listens well, makes sound and rational decisions, is technically expert, and who maintains a professional demeanor and office operations. He is timely, flexible, and very respectful of an individuals personal situation. I worked for a long time in the medical fields and I never saw the complete package that I saw in Dr. Hulme and his office staff. I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy in December and was back at work within a few days, played my first round of golf in 3 weeks and hiked the mountains around Sedona in 5 weeks. I would be riding my horse, but I've just been too busy. My recovery was faster than I ever expected and I feel like I've been given the last 10 years back. Please don't tell Dr. Hulme, I'm afraid I didn't exactly follow the post operative guidelines. I highly recommend Dr. Hulme, he is a true Physician.
