I am done with doctors, for profit, not patient. For care, unless not enough time. Dr Parke Hedges at Seven Oaks is the worst experience next to when I was molested as a child. He even refused to get an appointment with a nurse for me when I explained patients have a right to refuse procedures he decided just not to let me be a patient at the entire practice. If what is wrong with me is serious, he just doomed me to wait longer because he didn't want to deal with a scared and crying patient.

I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
