One of the worst in San Antonio. When you have an appointment time - they never are able to bring you in at the appointment time. Always keep you waiting in their lobby. Sometimes for hours and hours with no regards to you having children that might be antsy after hours of waiting to see the doctor.

They own their own MRI. Which really sucks. They Set us up with an appointment for the MRI. It is in the office downstairs. Doesn't matter to them - they charged for an office visit even though no doctor was seen and an MRI is merely a diagnosis center.

I told them of their error (charging the insurance for a doctors visit when no doctor was seen) and the lady at the MRi says - we do that to everyone.
So, then I contact their billing, and instead of hearing me - they argued.
I contacted my insurance while in their upstairs office - but they would not speak to my insurance.
After repeated attempts for them to correct this slight over-billing, they chose to do nothing. Called in and told them to correct it several times and they said OK that they would fix it and code it properly so that I'd get my money back.
After over 5 attempts, they still have not done anything and are choosing to close their eyes on the matter and charge people incorrectly.

So, there you have it. If you want to wait long periods of time for your appointments and get overcharged for seeing a doctor when you don't see any medical doctor at all - then they are right for you. If you have a head on your shoulders - pick a different office.
