I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel comfortable calling to ask about anything. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. My child absolutely loves Thomas Dawson, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them.

Never, they are very reliable.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
