They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child.

They always are quick and they offer after hour sick care, which is helpful for parents that work!
