I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
