I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They made an extra effort to support and encourage me
