Spinal pain management consists of x-ray guided injections of the spine in order to alleviate pain. After spinal injections, patients may be able to derive more benefit from physical therapy and chiropractic care. Spinal injections may also be able to alleviate pain long enough for the body to heal on it's own, without surgery.
