Recent Reviews
Arrogant, abrupt, rude, and does not listen to the patient's concerns. After surgery the patient needed to ask questions. Dr. Rubey walked out of the room and indicated he was not to be questioned. Outrageous. He may have surgical skills but certainly not able to communicate with the patient. It is time for him to retire.
