Felt like I received the utmost care, the beginning was a lil rough and nurse Marcy was quite harsh, but I think she realized I/my family were the wrong ones for that and her bed side manner got better. TOTALLY LOVE DR. O'BANION!

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I noticed their diplomas and credentials hanging on the wall in the examining room. I had no choice of my surgeon as it was booked through a charitable organization, and realized upon my arrival this was the same surgeon who performed my son's appendectomy......issues with both of our results.
