I had a very difficult time trying to get an appointment with them. I ended up having to take off work just so I could get in within a reasonable time period. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I had an emergency recently and I needed to get a hold of them right away but couldn't. It took several calls before someone finally answered.
