There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
