I'm a Patient care coordinator, I spoke with the secretary at his office today regarding information for one of my patients. I'm pretty sure Dr. Mann has excellent customer service I've heard nothing but great days. In other words, his office staff if very rude the secretary consistently spoke rude to me the entire time I spoke with her about my patient. This is an issue that needs to be addresses as soon as possible.
