Dr. Jones and staff went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Rarely, have I ever seen more kindness and empathy elsewhere. He was always very considerate and professional. He was ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Not at all, their cologne smelled great
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, but it didn't bother me much
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
