I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they may not remember my name every time, but I am always impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort! I didn't have to wait long to be seen and I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and that makes me feel good. (I do wish they had more parking spaces though.) Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr. Parker took the time I needed to make sure I understood the details of my condition and the route we would take in the surgery. He made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
