Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Further, Dr Reagan took the time to really talk with me as a person, to make a connection that established trust and confidence. In this day-and-age of rushed appointments, and turn-and-burn healthcare, Dr. Reagan breaks the mold.
