I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
