Doc Kirby rebuilt my right shoulder about 8 years ago. What a fantastic job!!!!
Now I need a left shoulder fix since I fell on the ice. Unfortunately, as a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, I am limited by an insurance provider (TriCare) that will not pay Dr Kirby a fair price to do the surgery, so he is not available to me. Why shouldn't I be able to go to the best doctor there is?

BECAUSE WE DON'T TAKE CARE OF OUR VETS!
Shame on America.
