Dr. Draper is a really great Doctor. Very caring and gentle when examining patients. He is also a great surgeon. I have been his patient for 30 years and he has done 7 or 8 surgeries on me. Each with EXCELLENT outcomes. He and his office staff have always felt like family until Brandy came after Dave retired. She is always short and nasty towards patients. And I believe why people give the office staff low ratings as she is the one that sets up the surgeries. As I said I have been going there for 30 years and have NEVER seen anyone else in there with such an ugly attitude. Which is sad because of having to deal with her I am truly considering looking for another ortho. I am too old to have to put up with such a nasty person.

I called to make an appointment & after the first ring, someone picked up & immediately hung up on me. I called back & after the first ring someone picked up, but placed me on hold. They didn't even say "hellol". I listed to the annoying "wait" music for about 5 minutes before an automated machine finally picked up telling me to leave a message. Once again, I tried calling back & once again, someone picked up & I was immediately hung up on.

I understand that places are busy or short staffed, but come on! Dr. Draper just lost a potential patient due to his incompetent staff!

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, it was rather cramped
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
