Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
