Saw Dr. Tsai. all the qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I did not like the way our concerns were addressed, as though there was no need for discussion and he didn't really want to hear it. As though my concerns didn't matter. Receptionists seem to treat customers in a gruff and rushed manner as if they are not important. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment.
