I was in his clinic 2 weeks ago and was shocked to hear what I heard. I know Wausau is mostly white and Dr. Stoddard may not have seen many African Americans go through his clinic but to over hear him use the Nigger word while talking to one of his nurses as I walked in disturbed me very much. The topic of conversation was political but simply hearing him say that word brings me back memories of the south 30 years ago where I'm from. I simply walked out of the clinic and never looked back but am afraid of how this Doctor Steven Stoddard will be treating any patient who is not white like him. Racism exists in any individual no matter what socioeconomic class they belong to as long as they believe they and their race are superior to another by God. If you are not white or are white with a conscience, I would not recommend this doctor to you or your family.
