They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
