To find a good doctor, find out who your doctor goes to.

Having just moved to Maryland, I went to Nighttime for something (stitches, I think) and when I asked the attending physician for a recommendation for a primary care physician, she recommended Dr. Lawrence Vidaver.

As a PCP, Dr. Vidaver is great because he knows who the best of the best specialist is. In addition to being very personable, Dr. Vidaver is also very good at explaining things, and he can point you to the latest research. Finally, he spends a good deal of time on each patient. This does make him run a bit late sometimes, but it's worth it.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

No, they needed to make more of an effort to stock them

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
