I have been going to Dr. Down's for 10 yrs !! Her office is very nice, the people that work there are very friendly. She has been a very good neurologist, making sure I got treatments to slow the progression of my MS. She put me on a med that helped me get 100% of my eyesight back and I could dance again after spending 3 yrs mostly in my bed or a wheelchair. Have not used one now in 3 yrs. Also the office is very clean, including the restrooms. I had 3 different neuros before her and she is the best !!

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. For a neurologist's office their equipment seemed fairly current, but nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more.
