I was very pleased with the work done by Dr. Burk and her staff. But some time after the work was complete, a lens became dislodged and all attempts to reach Dr. Burk via fax, email and letter (I live in an area of Costa Rica where phone service isn't worth getting) were ignored. I really needed some advise and found myself pleading for some help. This has been very disheartening and has damaged the respect I had for that office considerable.
