They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They don't respond to messages and they have a horrible track record of keeping up with patient information, faxing response time and returning calls!

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
