They obviously took their job very seriously, and made an effort to keep up on their education. They knew about all the latest medical advancements in their field, even ones that were very recent. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
