Payment Options Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Dr. Hovda's two convenient locations in Wausau and Merrill made getting to my appointments very easy. Dr. Hovda and his staff also explained every step of my treatment to me so I always knew what to expect.

I know there are many dentists out there who claim to be an Orthodontist, but have just taken weekend classes and label themselves as Orthodontists. Do not be fooled! I found out that these dentists actually charge MORE than a properly trained orthodontist who has had 6 years of specialized training and has the proper educational background to provide the specialized care that you pay for and expect!
