About

Jeffrey Horowitz, M.D.

Almost everyone has at least one feature of their body or face that they wish they could change. Perhaps you are frustrated with a “problem area” on your body, such as an abdomen plagued with stubborn fat that is resistant to diet and exercise. Maybe you wish you had a more voluminous bust line. Or, perhaps you dislike the way the natural aging process has taken a toll on your facial appearance.

Whatever is causing your dissatisfaction, Baltimore plastic surgeon Jeffrey Horowitz, MD, can help. Dr. Horowitz, or Dr. J as he is known to his patients, has extensive expertise in a wide range of plastic surgery and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures. Undergoing cosmetic surgery is an excellent way to correct your aesthetic concerns, so you adore every aspect of yourself.

Dr. Jeffrey Horowitz is a board certified plastic surgeon who delivers world-class results to patients in his community. He understands that each Baltimore plastic surgery patient’s needs are unique, and that by sharing his gifts and compassion, he can help you express your true self at every stage in your life.

Dr. Horowitz views his work as an extension of himself, and he is committed to the highest standards of patient care. In addition to being fully trained in both general and plastic surgery, Dr. Horowitz is one of the few surgeons who has completed a formal one-year fellowship completely devoted to cosmetic surgery. During his training in New York City, he learned the most advanced techniques from some of the most accomplished cosmetic surgeons in the world. Rigorous academic study and extensive fellowship training with top national experts ensures that his patients have a relaxed and positive experience throughout.

Raised within a family of physicians and artists, Dr. Jeff’s rigorous surgical training is complemented by his passion for the visual arts. His natural affinity for the arts led him to pursue formal training in painting and sculpture in Provence, France. In fact, Dr. Horowitz’s second major in college was the Visual Arts, culminating in an exhibition of his work exploring the effect of light on skin. Today, Dr. Horowitz integrates all of these components into his practice, and his patients experience dramatic and rewarding results. It is this keen artistic eye that allows him to achieve beautiful, natural-looking results for his breast augmentation, tummy tuck and mommy makeover patients.

Dr. Horowitz’s training and focus set the stage for a dynamic professional relationship with each patient. But it is Dr. Jeff’s care for each patient, his passion for each person’s unique concerns and his commitment to their “whole person” that seeds the trust and partnership that set him apart. Dr. Jeff is committed to exemplary community involvement, and he cares about your life beyond his office – your relationships, your goals and the causes close to your heart. His warmth, gentleness and authentic style allow him to build a special relationship with each patient – one that will inspire you through natural, beautiful results and a renewed sense of excitement about your life.
