I have a passion for helping people live pain-free and productive lives through bodywork. Each session is individually customized based on the concerns and goals of the client-from relaxation to pain relief. Key to the effectiveness of my work is the value I place on communication and trust by letting my client and his/her body guide my work. Prior to ending the sessions, I empower my clients by providing appropriate self-care techniques and educational resources. In this way, the healing process can continue in between sessions.
