Board of overbilling and unnecessary recommendations. The pediatrician is more concerned with the bottom line and less concerned with quality care...you can be a great physician or a great businessman...but very rarely can a physician be both. Dr. Lindgren is neither. The quality of care he has provided has declined dramatically over the past four years as his focus has become being the best "green, paper free office" and not the "best care you can find for your children". He has great pediatric nurse practitioners, but they don't tend to stay with him longer than a year or so. Seems to be new names on the front door at every new visit for my child. His ego prevents him from providing the once good care that he did in the past. He "forgot" to administer a second vaccine that was scheduled for that visit. Upon returning home, we had a message that we had to return the next day for that vaccine...and you guessed it, another office visit charge to our insurance. Although our insurance covers it, they asked us why we had two very similar appointments within 24 hours. Why not call our cell phone so we can return immediately before arriving home and not require a second charge when it was an office error? Look elsewhere if you are seeking quality medical care for your children. If you do choose his practice, check every bill and don't be afraid to speak up when his condescending approach conflicts with rational and professional behavior that would be expected from a pediatrician.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them.
